The Learning Technologies Conference and Exhibition is the world's largest event on workplace learning technology. The event takes place annually in the UK and was held earlier this May as the first of the big L&D events. The theme for this year's conference was 'Building Future Skills Together.'Throughout the program, it became evident that talent management and skills are crucial for the future of work. Of course, hybrid working, reskilling, L&D strategy and methods, and all the important topics in L&D were also discussed at the conference.Alongside the conference, there was an exhibition with everything organizations can find in the learntech market to support learning at work.
